We’ve been watching Acer America’s twitter page lately, waiting for the update to the Acer Iconia a500, and lo and behold, Acer has been pointing their Twitter followers to a web page that they created, giving the release date of Android ICS for several versions of the Acer tablets! Below, you’ll find the release schedule. The dates that are given, below, are the dates that the updates are to begin being sent to Acer tablet owners. If you don’t receive the update notification right away, don’t panic, it may take some time for you to receive the notification. Normally, mass updates like these are actually staggered slightly, so just give the update notification a bit of time to come, and enjoy ICS on your Acer Iconia!
